- VIF 變異數膨脹因子Variance Inflation Factor的意義
• 計算方法:VIF 是通過將每個自變量作為因變量,對其他自變量進行回歸分析來計算的。具體公式為:$$VIF_i = \frac{1}{1 - R_i^2}$$,其中 (R_i^2) 是將第 (i) 個自變量對其他自變量進行回歸分析後得到的決定係數。

為了希望降低 GHG 溫室氣體Greenhouse Gas 對地球的影響,UN使用MBMS Market-Based mechanisms 策略,要求 IMO international marine organization 設法讓其會員船隻在2050年前達成減排CO2目標。其方法主要是 ETS Emission trading system。目前這個Carbon Tax (EU:60OSD per ton/ USAL30USD per ton/ Taiwan emitters發射器 below $10OSD) ,交易中會用到carbon credit碳信用額,指排放1噸二氧化碳當量的溫室氣體的權利的任何可交易額度或許可證通用術語。

Virtue ethics
focuses on building good character traits, such as integrity and compassion, as the basis for making ethical decisions.
Utilitarianism
is a consequentialist ethical theory which states that the right action is that which produces the most pleasure or happiness for the most people. It is based on the idea that the morality of an action can be determined by its consequences.
Deontology
is a philosophical theory that focuses on the moral obligations and duties of individuals in society. It holds that an individual's actions should be based on their duty to obey a certain set of ethical rules and principles, regardless of the potential outcomes.
● To maintain classroom cleanliness, only plain water is allowed for consumption. Eating and drinking are prohibited.
● Please refrain from eating and drinking. Also, kindly avoid wearing slippers during class.
● Examination Deduction Rules - Please adhere to the regulations of National Chung Hsing University:
Rule 25: When a student is unable to attend classes due to certain reasons, they must follow the rules for student leaves, which are specified separately in the National Chung Hsing University's leave regulations.
Rule 26: Students who are absent without leave, whose leave is not approved, or whose leave exceeds the allotted limit will be considered absent from the class. For every two hours of absence, the instructor will deduct one point from the student's semester grade for the respective subject.
Rule 27: If a student's total absence in a particular subject reaches one-third of the total class hours for the semester, the student may be disqualified from taking the final exam for that subject, and the semester grade will be recorded as zero. However, absences due to official leave or bereavement leave will not be counted in the total absence hours.
Students who need to take leave due to pregnancy, past pregnancy (induced abortion, miscarriage, or adoption), childbirth, or caring for children under the age of three, or due to the pregnancy of their spouse or partner, past pregnancy (induced abortion, miscarriage, or adoption), or childbirth, will be granted leave approval. Students who encounter serious illness, injury, or significant family changes, as verified by the All-Rounded Care Student Committee, will not be subject to the aforementioned limitations. In such cases, alternative examination arrangements or other assessment measures may be applied, depending on the nature of the subject.
Rule 28: If the total absence hours for a single subject reach nine-ninths of the total class hours for the semester, the student may be disqualified from taking the final exam for that subject, and the semester grade will be recorded as zero.
